PROJECT INFO
I designed the main visual, exhibition illustrations, and label system for Progenitorial Hysteresis, Li Jiabao’s first solo exhibition in China. The exhibition presented twelve works exploring technology, science, ecology, and multi-species perception through encounters with mice, bats, octopuses, squids, stem cells, and the artist herself.
My role focused on translating the exhibition’s complex themes—biological transformation, interspecies relationships, and technological critique—into a cohesive visual language. Through the main exhibition graphic, supporting illustrations, and interpretive labels, I helped shape how audiences navigated and understood the exhibition’s speculative laboratory-like environment.
